They are mentioned in the List of dangerous goods of "Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air" ICAO, Doc 9284 AN/905 or can be classified according to these instructions.

2. UN number;
3. packing description;
4. weight and dimensions;
5. flight date;
6. route;
7. information about availability or perspective of necessary permissions and/or exemptions getting from appropriate authorities of Ukraine in case if cargo belongs to one from the following categories:
   
   a. forbidden to transport;
   b. explosives;
   c. weapon and ammunition;
   d. narcotic drugs;
   e. other substances, which transportation is limited or controlled by aviation authorities of Ukraine and governments of over flying, transit stop and point of destinations.
